These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at joinhalo.dev and its subdomains (the "Site"). The Site is operated by Mindful Media Network LLC ("Mindful Media," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About the Site
The Site is an informational and marketing website about Halo, a software product, developed by Mindful Media, that helps teams build digital products responsibly for children. The Site allows visitors to learn about Halo, request early access, express interest in joining our team, and contact us. The Site is not the Halo product or service itself; any access to the Halo product is governed by separate agreements.
2. Eligibility
The Site is intended for businesses and professionals and for individuals who are at least 18 years old. It is not directed to children. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). 12. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms that is not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
13. Dispute Resolution
Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at contact@joinhalo.dev and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally. We will do the same.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page, and your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mindful Media regarding your use of the Site.
